Refund policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for lost/stolen packages.ย Please contact your local post office first!

Once we drop off your order to USPS, it is - quite literally - in their hands and we have no control or responsibility for what happens to the package. While weโ€™d love to be able to replace packages that USPS has lost or that may have been stolen, please keep in mind that we are a small business and this becomes a financial loss for us, as well as you.ย 

ย That said, we want to make sure you get your goodies! So here are some things that may help:

If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of the ship date.

After 30 days, it becomes difficult for us to ensure items remain available to replace and the third-party companies we use to ship (USPS, Shopify, etc.) have time limits on claims and tracking. ย
