Items on this site are PRE-ORDERS. This means that the processing time is longer than our standard shop. When we first open pre-orders, manufacturing time and shipping takes anywhere from 4-6 months. Once we receive the products from our manufacturer, it takes our team 1-2 weeks to get all orders packaged and sent off.

We do our best to keep customers updated with current information once we have it. Once a shipping label is printed out for our order, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number.

WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY!

Please note that due to distance and things out of our control, shipping rates are higher for international orders and there may be additional fees (such as VAT tax) that customers may be responsible for depending on location.

We do not accept returns or refunds for lost/stolen packages. Please contact your local post office first!

Once we drop off your order to USPS, it is - quite literally - in their hands and we have no control or responsibility for what happens to the package. While we’d love to be able to replace packages that USPS has lost or that may have been stolen, please keep in mind that we are a small business and this becomes a financial loss for us, as well as you.

That said, we want to make sure you get your goodies! So here are some things that may help:

Contact your local post office.

Contact USPS directly (https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm).

If you’ve tried reaching out to the USPS and your local post office and filed a claim, but they weren’t able to help, File a claim through USPS.

If none of those seems to help, feel free to contact us using the form above and we will see if we can help further. But please continue to keep in mind that Meg’s Mashables is not responsible for USPS related issues as they are an entirely separate entity.
