PRODUCT & SHIPPING TIMELINE
The Honey Dree is already in the middle of production, and we're expecting to receive the order from our manufacturer and begin shipping orders by mid-August.
Due to the unexpected nature of the import & export world, especially with tariffs and unforeseen delays out of our control, this expected timeline could change. Rest assured, we will remain as transparent as possible to keep you informed along the way if there are any major setbacks!

LOCAL PICK-UPS
If you select "Local Pick-Up" for your Honey Dree Bundle and expect to pick up your items at Dragon Con 2025, Aug 28-Sept 1, but shipment from our manufacturer is delayed enough that it misses the event, we will be in touch and make sure you are taken care of! We do not foresee this happening, but you never know with this economic landscape, so we want to remain transparent with you from the beginning and assure you that your order will find its way to you.ย

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We do not accept returns or refunds for lost/stolen packages.ย
Please contact your local post office if your package appears lost or stolen!
MISSING MAIL / TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING
Once we drop off your order to USPS, it is - quite literally - in their hands and we have no control or little responsibility for what happens to the package from there.
That said, we want to make sure you get your goodies! So here are some things that may help if your package doesn't arrive or the tracking hasn't updated:
โขContact your local post office in person or over the phone.
โขContact USPS directly (https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm).
โขIf your mail appears missing, you can file a Missing Mail Search Request here.
If none of those seem to help, feel free to contact us at orders@megsmashables.com with your order #, name, and email address - we will see if we can help further. But please continue to keep in mind that Megโs Mashables cannot always be responsible for USPS-related issues, as they are an entirely separate entity and business.ย
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Most shipping labels we purchase do come with additional insurance, and often we can file an insurance claim with USPS. If approved, this would allow us to recoup the cost of the missing merchandise and shipping label and get a replacement package sent to you. To complete claims, recipients need to fill out an online form and may be asked to provide additional information and documentation. We will not be able to send a replacement package until USPS confirms you have submitted the necessary information and processed the claim (we will help facilitate and get you everything you need!)ย While weโd love to be able to replace packages that USPS has lost or that may have been stolen, please keep in mind that we are a small business, and this becomes a financial loss for us, so unless insurance claims are approved, we may not be able to replace your package. ย
